Supply, installation supervision, and commissioning for BMS system. VAV intelligent controller has been utilized to provide the perfect climate control, energy savings and meet visitors’ satisfaction. Equipment installed includes S600 Apogee, 2000 data point, as well as hardwired integration. 

ACICO

Supply, installation supervision, and commissioning for complete BMS system for monitoring and controlling hospital facilities, such as chillers, boilers, air hanging units, as well as fan coil units. Special application program has been implemented to control temperature, humidity, and air pressure inside the medical operation rooms. Equipment installed includes S600 Apogee, 4000 data point, as well as hardwired integration.

MEDIA ROTANA

Supply, installation supervision, and commissioning for BMS system to monitor and control 200 rooms, 2 restaurants, and 3 conference rooms. Hotel surface area is 10,000m2. Equipment installed includes S6.

Introducing closed loop control into the system, further upgrading of the PROFIBUS network and introducing the SIEMENS latest SIMODRIVE variable speed drives.

Work included Design and Commissioning of an up-to-date control and monitoring system to replace the old primitive PLC system. The new system is based on SIMATIC S7-400, SINEC L2 and WinCC.

Customer: Schneider
SCADA System for the largest water pipeline in Qatar with 4 local mini control stations serving the line. Work includes also Dual Redundant Fiber Optic communication link for 10 Km for one of the remote stations.

Overall supervisory control and monitoring for the plant

Work included Design and commissioning of an automated weighing system, centralized control and monitoring, and remote supervisory monitoring.

GULF CEMENT Company

Main contractor SIEMENS/France

Work included the design and commissioning of the control and monitoring systems in the plant, which were based on SIMATIC S5-155U and SINEC H1.

Commissioning of Automation function at New Salwa Road reservoir in Doha. System was based on SIEMENS techniques and included:

  • Automatic operation mode using PLC’s.
  • Variable Speed & fixed speed drives system.
